Did you know?

Recently it has been observed that if while you are working out-if you do short, quick, controlled bursts of intense cardio, it can boost your fat burning by up to 36% in just 2 weeks.  Well, that's what the latest studies show and everybody is tooting the horn!  But, what does this mean exactly? 
If you were out jogging and you were going about your business in a normal pace for 2-3 minutes, but all of a sudden a dog started chasing you....you would boost that cardio workout very quickly-but only let that dog chase you for 1-2 minutes, then you can resume your lesiurely normal strut for 2-3 minutes before that dog is chasing you again.  You need to play the dog chase game for about 15-20 minutes to really get that metabolism working on burning off that fat and if you have a tread mill or a bike-the same game can be played on them too.  This  kind of workout really works up a quick sweat and makes those legs burn!
